Laugh
Find some jokes, watch a funny video, look at pictures of animals. Do something to make yourself laugh-even if its a fake laugh-it'll make you feel better!
Start by creating a list, on paper, in your notes app, etc.
List things you are grateful or thankful for. These can be BIG things or small things.
How long can your list get? (read it back when you're feeling stressed and add to it!)

2. my sister
3. FaceTime
